Camping!
I love going camping with random people! Seriously though. My roommate Mindy, my friend Sara, and I all headed up to Duck Creek for a little overnight camping trip. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I looove camping!! We got up there kind of late, so we set up our tent in the dark with the assistance of some fine gentlemen. We thought it was a nice little clearing. Turns out when Mindy and I went to bed later we found many hard lumps that we had to scoot around...or spoon all night. We chose the latter. I suppose we should have snatched one of the air mattresses from our better prepared guy friends. Lesson learned. Anyway, it was loads of fun and we'd better do it again soon!

Oh man!! Now I'm really sad I didn't go!! BLAST! So, so glad y'all carried on the tradition of duck creek though!
So... I'm thinking a camping trip to Valley of Fire sometime in the next month or so?
Looks like you had tons of fun! We do need to go as a family in the next few weeks, it would be fun to have that time together out in the wilderness!
