Ok, so this may or may not have been the last time I was in Canada...seriously. Note the date at the bottom. How pathetic is that? I guess it's not that pathetic, since that's when we got our first new addition to the family (Renee) and now we're getting ready to welcome our next addition (Baby Boy Brandley) :) I guess Matt's the only one in our family who knows how to add. Well, I actually went through Canada last summer...summer of 2005...with my friend Andy when we drove the AlCan from Alaska to Idaho, but that doesn't count because we couldn't stop. I just had to look out the window at my homeland as it faded away and a single tear rolled down my cheek. :) Oh, this is me when I competed in the Iditarod race in Alaska - my whole purpose for going. Boy, was I tired on the drive home! I guess that's why I slept most of the way. I know, everyone said it would be hard to train for a dogsled race while I was in Vegas, but Jamaica had a bobsled team, right?! Anyway, I did pretty well in the race. I mean, it's an accomplishment just to finish, right?

Anyway, so needless to say, I'm super stoked about coming back and seeing all of my old friends and family. I have big plans to go snowboarding, have lunch with the girls, watch Singing in the Rain with Shelly, sneak in a session at the Cardston temple, spend time with the family, eat until I explode, and smuggle as many Canadian goodies as I can across the boarder! Seriously, I'm bringing an extra suitcase! Watch out Canada, here I come!!!
