Conference!

So, I was just about to say that nothing super exciting has happened lately, but that would be a lie. Megan and I had Conference tickets for Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. It was awesome! We were in the Conference Center Saturday afternoon, when the session was actually being held in the old Tabernacle, so that was kind of a bummer. It was still really cool though. Sunday morning clearly topped it! It was so neat to be there with all of the First Presidency and the full conference center. Amazing talks, amazing spirit! Good times.

Megan and I drove up to Utah Friday night, hung out with her fam, went to a little get together at our friend Tim's house, went longboarding (I represented for the women and threw a couple of power slides!). We went to dinner with my old roomie, Emily, after Saturday's session and then went and saw her cute house! Her husband did an awesome job of fixing it up. It was sooooo good to see her again and we had fun reminiscing about old times. Oh man, I miss the college days. Oh, and I have finished the 5th Harry Potter book, so I have one more to go before the 7th one comes out in July in all it's glory! Sorry, no pics of Jonas this week. He talked to me on the phone on Sunday, but I didn't get to see him until Monday.
