Never....

Laugh at your mom in the temple when she tells you she just got called as the Relief Society President...you will get called 2 years later!

Yup...remember that whole post I did about being happy for no apparent reason all the time? I guess that the "something around the corner" was my new calling. I'm actually really excited for it and I can't wait to get to know all of the girls better. We have a really great ward and a really fun Relief Society, so it will be fantastic! Anyway...besides Melinda's birthday (which I took NO pictures of), and my new calling nothing else is new in my life right now. I'll let you know if something is though!

you are sooo right, you and I are alike. Hey--you had better watch out--I got married a year after I was called as RS president in my singles ward... It is cause you are AWESOMEEEE (and I guess, so am I!) Good luck, you will do great. If you ever want any tips (not like I was good at it or anything) give me a call...

I was so excited to hear that you had been called as RSP. I think you are going to be wonderful and such a blessing in people's lives. I have always been taught that we don't get called just to expand yourself or to help further the work, but we should always watch for that one person who specifically needs us. It makes you more willing to search out each individuals needs because you remember that someone has been praying you to them
