Lacrosse season has finally started and I'm sooo excited! I love going to Mitchel's games. His team has done really well so far this year and is the team to beat! They got second in the Best of the West tournament a few weeks ago and only lost to a very brutal Canadian team. Boo for Canada. Just kidding :) Pretty good though! So, now that Jonas is finally here, Matt and Renee brought him to his first game and I'm pretty sure he loved it. It's getting really warm here - too warm already, if you ask me - so they had him dressed in his cute little shorts.
Not much super exciting happened last week. Hmm...well, actually... My mom went to Canada because my Grandma Heggie was sick and in the hospital again. It's ok though. She's doing a lot better now and my mom and aunt Sonya are coming home tomorrow. The day after my mom went to Canada, the receptionist at my work quit which really sucks because it leaves me stuck doing two jobs for the third time in the last year. Don't worry, I had a complete break down at work, so things are moving to get somebody new hired!
I had a super fun weekend though, despite my week! I helped my dad watch Jonas a little bit Friday night, before Missy and I picked Megan up from the airport. We had our typical Friday night where we ate ice cream, watched a movie, and fell asleep on the couches. We're pathetic. Saturday I went to lunch with one of my best friends from high school, which was a lot of fun, and then Saturday night I hung out with a hot guy I might have a bit of a crush on. ;) We played at his house for a while waiting for his roommate, and then went to a St. Patty's day party. I really had a lot of fun! Melinda and I went to a barbeque on Sunday, and then game night at this guy Graham's house. We were super social and it was a lot of fun! I got socialled out right before I moved out of my house, so I've just been lazy with the girls lately, but I had loads of fun this weekend!
This is Jonas's squish-face. Missy got him to fall asleep for a few minutes while we were hanging out with him and Dad. Oh, and on Sunday he smiled at Renee! A real smile!! She was so excited, and she tried capturing it on film, but he just wasn't cooperating. Bummer. I'm sure she'll catch him doing it in the next few days. Until then, this is the closest we've come!

Woohoo for lacrosse!! I am stoked to start gong to Mitchel's games again this year with you and the fam. I need to go and see Jonas again too. He is getting so big. I haven't seen him forever. Not since Renee's mom though that I was a dude. Yeah...nice. Hmm..I should probably do something about that. Anyways, I am glad that I am back and can't wait to play again!
When did my mom think megan was a dude? anyway i hope that "hot Guy" you hung out with doesn't check your blog. i might have emailed him the link!! just kidding, you know i'm married but i have a crush on him too. but only cuz he looks like Jim. anyway cute pictures of my baby as usual. golly i love that kid!!
