Ok, wait! Don't everyone answer all at once!
Why is it that every time I do yoga or pilates and we're doing "flexed feet" moves, my feet turn into these paralyzed, cramped raven claws?! It is slightly painful, and feels super weird when they finally relax! Do I need more potassium in my diet??
Why oh why do I continually insist on staying up until the wee hours of the morning when I have a hard time dragging myself out of bed every single day anyway?
Why is it that I think I'm so darn funny and am usually the first *slash* only one to laugh at my own jokes....often?

Melissa I'm laughing with you! I think you're hilarious and I love your posts, they always make me laugh :) And the feet thing...yikes. I thought yoga/pilates was supposed to HELP you. If I were you I'd prob just stop working out :)
WELLLLLL, do you really want to know because I have an answer about the feet. Potassium will help, but actually that not it. I wont blab away in case you were joking, but let me know if you wan tthe answer.
Ok, so you should really come visit us. Really. Seriously.
Now, onto your body. Haha that sounds funny. Anyway, I am not a doctor, but generally it is because your muscles are not strong enough to support. So for example, when you are doing the pilates 100 and you are flexing your feet they might cramp up or get a charlie horse. It hurts, but you need to just push through it and keep flexing. Your muscles will get stronger and begin to support you and they wont give out and cramp up. I know it stinks, but unless something else is wrong it will work.
if it makes you feel any better I grew up thinking I was hilarious but it turns out Lindsay was the only one who has ever truly thought I was funny.
